Xenos is mostly all about Christian fellowship and Bible studies meeting in homes, at Central Teachings and various student groups. But NeoXenos is not inwardly-focused. We actively pursue poverty relief, world missions, community "Discussion Groups" (or "Discovery Groups") and other ministries. These are important ways to reach outside the local Christian community with genuine concern Jesus taught about. People are starting new and different ministries to reach others with the love of Jesus Christ all the time.
All these groups require qualified leaders and workers who need support, so we provide equpping through Bible education, online resources, some pastoral counseling, leadership mentoring (which includes oversight), and finally the logistical support these efforts require. Our groups also support each other through baptisms, various retreats, and our financial ministry.
But "infrastructure" must never overshadow what really matters, and that's relationships guided by the biblical principles Jesus taught: "What is important is faith expressing itself in love." (Galatians 5:7, NLT)
