No "Church" Please!

Oops! We Left Out the 'Organized Religion' Part!

Tired of religion?
We feel your pain!

Sorry, we don't have a "church service," but we do get together in lots of different Bible Studies, from small to large. We're a fellowship of Christians without any formal membership, open to anyone. It's where people check out the Bible and ask questions without getting all sticky about it.

Bible Study Meetings

That book is anything but dead! We've seen the Bible reach needs in all age groups, and it's more relevant today than ever in our fast-paced world where people are wrestling with how relationships work, or can't satisfy the built-in need for significance God gave us.

We love sharp minds and tough questions! That's how people discover the Bible is a reliable, historical book which actually dispells superstitions and myths. (Newsflash! The earth is not 6,000 years old, according to the Bible!) It's nice to know the Bible not only makes sense, but lots of sense.

Shout it out: "Attention, please! You can keep your intelligence and dig the Bible!" (Maybe not that way.) But it does surprise people how practical it is, how uptight Jesus isn't, and how it satisfies our innate drive for significance.

Xenos is mostly all about Christian fellowship and Bible studies meeting in homes, at Central Teachings and various student groups. But NeoXenos is not inwardly-focused. We actively pursue poverty relief, world missions, community "Discussion Groups" (or "Discovery Groups") and other ministries. These are important ways to reach outside the local Christian community with genuine concern Jesus taught about. People are starting new and different ministries to reach others with the love of Jesus Christ all the time.
